I would like to know how Mr. James Adkins can claim to have the deepest concern for the community of Kyle, and dedicating his self to correcting the problems, how he never missed not one council meeting, but haven’t been apart not one day of his flesh and blood son Kevin Broughton life. He was made aware of this 43 years ago, and also on many occasions when Kevin reached out to him. Kevin is heart broken as to why his father Mr. Adkins never wanted to have anything to do with him.
